The dressing core consists of a double layer of polyurethane foam and an absorbent pad, giving the soft silicone foam dressing strong liquid absorption capacity; a special embossing process enhances the product's conformity, allowing it to better fit the wound surface. The top layer of polyurethane backing film, due to its dense nature, effectively prevents the penetration of liquid water and bacterial particles, serving as a barrier; at the same time, it is breathable, allowing water vapor to evaporate through this membrane, helping to maintain a moist environment conducive to wound healing.
